Comes from a smoke free pet friendly home. Side zipper, banded waist in front and smocked waist in back. Material is non stretchy cotton poplin. Has pockets. Dress is not lined. Tulle cap sleeves. V neck in front and back. Length 41, bust 16, waist 12 can stretch 4 more inches at least due to smocking. hip 19. New without tags. No flaws or damage. With regret, I have to say that I am not going to sell to anybody who has a PO Box address. My previous experience dealing with POBox addressees left me no choice.
