jellymac What is the composition of main stone (chemically what is it - stone, paste, acrylic etc) and arenand of the halo stones loose, missing or have needed repair? Is it new vintage look or actual? Thanks

As stated, this is in excellent condition - meaning no issues, loose &/or missing stones etc. Also, I purchased this as 'pink Sapphire's per the previous owner, and have included a pic of the PRESIDIUM-Ii gem tester results, altho I know it's a bit blurry , this falls in the Ruby Sapphire range. ( Genuine Gemstone- NOT acrylic) Hope this helps! lmk if you have any other questions
