EMERALD ISLE Bone China Clover SOUVENIR Cup Saucer Set Lustre LusterWare Vintage

Lovely textured antique / vintage Emerald Isle souvenir cup and saucer set with shamrock, clover pattern. Material is bone china. The black dots that you see inside the cup seem to be under the glaze. Plate is marked 38 on the bottom and cup has markings 7776. , 82?. Photos will show the measurements.
