EMERALD GREEN PROM DRESS BRAND NEW.

Emerald green prom dress that has never been worn. The sleeves are off the shoulder and it has more of a mermaid fit. There are 4 layers to the dress and it has sequins on it. There is no slit and it is a size 2. It is from Gipper Prom in crystal lake Illinois. One of the clasps is broken but there is 2 so it still fits perfectly. There is built in padding as well. i am willing to negotiate prices!!
