Emanuel by Emanuel Ungaro white cotton pleated skirt with black toile pattern, size 10. Lightweight shell is 100% cotton with polyester lining and side zipper and hook closure. The fabric has an almost silky feel to it. Pleating is narrow at the waist and flared toward hem. No stretch to this skirt. Dry clean only. Measurements lying flat are about 16.5” waist, 20” hip, 23.25” long.
