ELVI NWT white lace up tunic dress silver grommet summer beach vacation size 16

Elvi white lace up tunic dress. Brand new with tags. Sleeveless with high slits at the side and laced together with silver grommets. Can be worn paired with pants as shown in the stock photo or as a swim cover. Womens size 16. There is a very faint mark at the side shown in the last photo. I’m sure it can be easily removed, but I didn’t want to take the tags off to wash. Approx 43 inches in length, 21.5 inches pit to pit lying flat.
