ELOQUII Smock Style Midi Dress with Tie Detail

I wish I had more information on this dress but it was purchased so long ago I cannot find any of my order details. What I can tell you about it is that it’s a fully lined, smock style dress, with flutter straps and a tie detail on the back. The shell of dress is a cotton/nylon blend and has a very cool sheen to it. New with tags!
