ELOQUII Knot Detail Blouse

NWOT - Beautiful, evergreen colored blouse with a knot detail and snap closure. Close fit surplice bodice with an elasticized waist seam. Peplum flounce. This garment hits approximately at the hip. I removed the tags but never wore the garment. I personally do not think it fits well over a large bosom.
