Eloquii sequin dress from 2021/22 holiday collection. Plus size 16w. bought for NYE but didn't happen (covid) and doesn't fit now. 39 inches from top if back to hem. 21.5 inches from left seam to right seam. v neck, ruched shoulders and long sleeves. (no shoulder pads).
