Reposhing this item I purchased from @new_by_felicity. I purchased for an event and now reselling. It is a true size large and could even fit an XL. I am a true medium and it was a bit big on me but I wore it anyway to the horse races because it’s beautiful! Lots of stretch and I especially love the multi tiered hem of the skirt. The layers are structured which make it flouncy. You will get tons of compliments!
