SHIMMERING WITH LIGHT-CATCHING SEQUINS, THIS SCINTILLATING OFF-THE-SHOULDER THIN-STRAPPED GOWN BY ELIZA J, SIZE 14, WILL ENLIVEN ANY FORMAL OR BORDERLINE-FORMAL SPECIAL EVENT OR OCCASION. It's gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects, damage, or signs of wear. In classic mermaid-gown style, it fits closely to about the knees and flares below that. The sequins are arranged in a lattice pattern, leaving diamond-shaped areas of the underlying black mesh fabric uncovered (picture #9). It has a built-in bra, adjustable shoulder straps, a clasp-and-zipper closure in back, and is fully lined in black 100% polyester fabric. The outer fabric is 100% nylon, dry clean only recommended. ABOUT THE SIZE: The size is given as 14, but the measurements appear consistent with a somewhat larger size, 16 or 16W. Note that it's a snug fit on my plus-size mannequin, Tanya, who is 6'1" with measurements of 42" bust, 34" waist, 44" hips. You'll need to be a little slimmer than that to wear this gown comfortably. Prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 20.5"; waist 17.25"; hips 21.5"; hemline 48.5"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 51.75".
