ELIE TAHARI slit open wide sleeve mixed media dress. Size 4 NWT SILK DRESS

This dress is hard to describe so I’ll start with the easy stuff long, balloon sleeves with slits the sleeves are silk. They come down in sort of an inverted V in front of the dress and if you look at the pictures, you’ll see what I mean and the dress itself is not fitted. It’s more of a sheath dress so it just kind of comes down and it should float over your hips although if you wanted to alter it, you could certainly cinch in the waist.
