Appears to have been recently serviced, I can see a glint of oil on the flywheel jewel. 15 Jewel movement s/n 1688807. Case appears to be gold filled, but I can’t find any kt numbers…case s/n 8333866. Movement: Elgin National Watch Co. U.S.A. Case by Keystone. Please examine photos and ask any questions.
