crys0516 @bmglmr2 Hi I feel you’re a pain I was selling a brand new authentic jar of this exact same Elemis marine cream and after I shipped it, the buyer canceled it & waited two weeks to return it. When I received it back it almost empty and without the packaging! Write in to posh mark send them the pictures and demand that you receive a credit this is not a cheap cream when you’re buying Elemis you want what you paid for! This is so sad what ppl do these days!

bmglmr2 I tried to have Poshmark refund. I showed them the above pictures and they just closed the case in her favor. Never asked me any questions or anything. Yes, you are right! I paid $60 for a product that at best is $7 drug store cream and at worst some crazy concoction that may damage my skin! Sad she got away with it and will likely do it again. Thanks for commenting…at least people are reading.

crys0516 @bmglmr2 They did the exact same thing to me and gave the customer back her money! I wrote them again and said I lost my money and someone needs to give it back to me! So they did. I was upset & I went off in my email lol. But this kind of stuff is just sad!! Send them another email. This is face cream! Switching creams or giving fake creams is suppose to be against posh rules! I’m so sorry u went through this. Shame on that seller!

crys0516 @bmglmr2 and your SO right about that who knows what’s in that cream! Especially during Covid you’re getting in some weird FACE CREAM that could damage your skin etc! I would say ALL OF THAT in an email to customer service! I can’t believe they allowed that seller to sell an unauthentic face cream of all things when their rule is not to sell anything that’s not real/authentic I know when I post my Elemis cream for sale a warning pops up asking if it’s real & I have to say yes. She knew better!!!

crys0516 @bmglmr2 No problem Yes girl you paid $60 plus tax & $7 shipping For some white mystery cream! Elemis has an off white tint to their cream. Oh no way! Not acceptable! It’s sellers like her that ruin things on here. They certainly owe you ur money back for this!! GOOD-LUCK!!!🤞🏻

joan_moody omg, after reading all yous issues, I had 2 people say tht there were stains on 2 white pieces of clothing I had sent them, like a wk or so later, but when I asked them to return them & get a refund, I nvr heard frm the scandalists again & I blocked them. this is gtting so ridiculous with all these scam artists, I also had a stalker kp opening a new closet everytime I blocked him, this went on for wks on end.
