EIT England Blue Willow Plate, 1960’s Vintage EUC

The plate is in fantastic condition. There is what looks to be a manufacturer defect on the back (pictured). There are no chips, cracks, scratches, fleabites, or other visible damage. Measurements are available upon request. I am open to all reasonable offers or will counter with my lowest price.
