Authentic EFFY ring! This beautiful ring is a mix of 925 silver with 35 SAPPHIRES (blue) with a 18K gold twisted gold trim around the sapphires. Size 7. Engraved EFFY and 925 18k. In Used but Very good condition! All sapphire stones are intact. The body of the ring in very good condition the only sign of use is the under part that touches surfaces which is inevitable with normal use. Gently used.
