Chic black and cream floral dress with fringe hem. Perfect for formal occasions. New without tag condition. Sizing- forgiving for sure. I’m a size 6 and I can get it on. However, def better for a smaller person. I’d say a 2/4 could rock it! Pit to pit: 18” Waist: about 18” and the rest of the way down. Total length including fringe: 36.5” Shoulder seam to arm opening: about 21.5” (good room in the arms too. Lovely fun piece!!!!
