ECI Tunic

Blue and White tunic with white faux gems and embroidery at the neckline, wide-spaghetti-strap under tank which has been disconnected from the tunic, and has a tie waist. Has a few stains on the sash that may come out in the wash. (Never wore the sash and removed the side stays that held it in place.) Sash is a bit frayed. As-is, be aware this is a gently loved, cool, comfortable piece that runs large.
