ECI Lined chiffon Multicolor Halter Dress w/pockets,lined, layered bottom

So pretty!! Chic halter dress with a vibrant multicolor pattern. Keyhole back. Lovely chiffon, fully layered, has pockets!! Waist is fitted w/ elastic back for comfort and perfect fit. Skirt has pretty layering at bottom. Perfect for weddings, dinner, graduations. Has well hidden belt loops but no belt. Side zip. Pit to pit 21” waist is 18” flat before stretch shoulder to hem 38”. Great for dancing!
