Hello again. can you tell me approximately how high the heel is and are the soles hard plastic or more rubber-like when you walk in them?

@rpearon sorry i missed the notification to your question and just seeing. It is a harder plastic sole but the insole has a little cushion to it. The heel height is about 2 1/2 inches
