These were bought at a boutique in Providence, RI in 2003. The waist fits like a hip-hugger/ankle pant in a size 6/M. Brand is EC Star, which was a 90’s brand that specialized in mod and punk clothing. Technically these are sailor pants due to the buttons—each are adorned with anchors. Back has ribbon bows. Perfect for dinner with your second boyfriend’s parents!
