Absolutely perfect for the office or with Jean's and heeled sandals on the weekend out, this blouse is a figure flattering upper arm covering rockstar it has covered fabric buttons and loop fasteners with a light ruffle detail around the seductive v neck I have it here with a couple buttons undone but I love this it's by east 5th a petite medium, cap sleeves rock lol
