This is a vintage Precious Moments "Thee I Love" E-3116 bisque porcelain figurine.
The figurine depicts a boy and a girl standing on either side of a tree trunk with "I LOVE YOU" carved into a heart.
It was designed by artist Sam Butcher and produced by Jonathan & David/Enesco.
The piece was first issued in 1979 and retired in 1994.
It is a popular, discontinued collectible.
