Dyed Derek Heart cotton skirt

Hand dyed, 100 percent cotton, flowy maxi skirt. It has an ombre style fade with the colors. The different tiers give it a nice look. There is a small cotton lining. It's a size small but I added pictures with a measuring tape around the waistline to give you a better idea of the size!
