jerseyglam @capecodbound I'm honestly not sure as I've never cut them or have not heard from anyone who has. Most dry cleaners usually offer tailoring services for fairly cheap and I'm sure they could cut and finish the hem for you. I once had a spaghetti stray seam coming undone and did that to have it fixed and was pleasantly surprised with the cost and service.
