Duckster rain jacket size large in GUC

The Duckster jacket appears to be new, unworn, in excellent condition. The size is not correct. Although it has a tag indicating it is Large, it is smaller than my identical Duckester Jacket that is also labeled Large on the tag.the sleeves are each 2 inches shorter than my older jacket. It is also 2 inches shorter from collar to bottom of jacket. It is also about 5 inches shorter around than my original Large Duckster jacket.
