issirsynn Curious about sizing - what size do you wear in birkenstocks? not sure if I would be a 39 or 40 in duckfeet.

ellabeee3 @issirsynn I’m a 39 wide in birks and sort of swim in 40 wide birks, I size up to 40 if wide isn’t avail- I don’t prefer this latter option d/t wide toes. Idk if me giving my foot a consistent wide for the last 2 years w altra and birks makes me prefer space for my toes more or if my foot grew (37.. idk)..

ellabeee3 but these duckfeet felt great when I purchased them and now my toes touch the front- hence finding a 40 on this platform and jumping without knowing if they were going to feel too big. They feel slight to moderately less big than 40 wide birks ( I think the leather has more give on the styles I wear), and are the size I prefer for duckfeet now.

issirsynn @ellabeee3 ah I see! I feel like 40 might be best for me in duckfeet too because I'm a 39 in birks but tend to wear 40 in other shoes :(
