From Du Jour (QVC brand), this is a women's size 16 wrap blouse. This blouse has been discontinued from QVC and is no longer available! The V-neck comes down to a snap. There is a side zipper, as shown. The sleeves are puffy and ruffled at the same time. I believe it is called a puffy balloon sleeve. Black and white stripes and so pretty! 97% Rayon and 3% Spandex.
