Dritz 1" Elastic Belting - Black

Dritz 1-inch elastic belting in black. In other words, it has really good stretch! Ideal for sewing projects. Machine washable and drip dry. This material is 62% polyester fiber silk and 38% Emulsion silk. There are 10 yds in this unopened packet although there is a small puncture in the plastic in the back. This can be used in crafting projects as well as waist band fixes.
