Driftwood Tiered Embroidered Maxi Skirt

This gorgeous skirt is a dream. I’m selling because it’s a tad snug and I found a larger size. It has stretch and measures about 13” across the waist relaxed. I just got this from another seller a few weeks back. It has a very small color bleed near the hem on the left side. I have identified the area in the last photo. Honestly, this was undisclosed to me and it was so unnoticeable that I happily accepted the order, but I wanted to note it in my description.
