Dries Van Noten red / ikat printed wrap dress. France size 42 - US size 10 / M

France size 42 technically a US 10 but imo could work from 6 to 12 US (depending on hip and bust size) as it is a fairly adjustable dress. There is no stretch, but it is a pullover style that fits straight through the body with some movement And give in the skirt with a tie around the waist.
