Dressy Polka Dot Halter Tank Top /w Sequin Accents

Perfect condition! Gorgeous slinky black and white polka dot blouse. Unique halter tank design. There is a white lining inside that pulls up to look like a halter top that you tie around the neck. The polka dot part looks like a regular tank top but a cotton flowy material. It has a cute sequin diamond shaped detail in the middle and a bit of ruching. Very comfy and chic! Has a stretch to it so it fits like a small/medium but could fit a "smaller" large for a less flowy look. Not sure of brand.
