Dress/tunic w pockets!

Beautiful dress can be worn as dress or tunic (just add leggings!). Features a boatneck, 3/4 sleeves, elastic cinched waist, pockets at waist. Lovely print in fabulous colors! Brand tag has been removed. The fabric shows it’s wear when looking close up (see last picture of piling), but the busy print easily hides it.
