Dressbarn Collection Women's size 4 Red & Black Ruffle Bottom Flutter Sleeve Top This is the exact top you will receive. Top has not been worn, but the tags have been removed. Top has flutter sleeves, and a pleated bottom, along with a ribbon that ties across the front. Top is red and black with a floral print. The top inside edge where the pleats start has elastic for a cinched look. The sides of the flutter sleeves are open and there is a black tank top underneath. Top layer is see through. Top of the shoulder to bottom edge is 24 inches long The elastic waist at the start of the pleats is 14 inches across and will stretch to 17 inches across. Have a question?
