Dress/Tunic/Bathing Suit Cover

One size short sleeve dress/tunic or bathing suit cover up depending on your size. I’m normally an extra large, and this is a bit tight under my arms. M/L would be an ideal fit. It could be a short dress, or paired either leggings and worn tunic style. Fabric is crepe/gauze material, and white ribbon is embriodery. Very unique American flag tie dye pattern.
