Dress with unique upscale tie dye Size M

Dress with unique twist to a little black dress with DIY tie dye purchased without designer tag at an art festival. I’m a size 8/10 36DD and fits comfortably. Fabric has a little sketch. Inseam pockets. Purchased but never wore it. Listing it as a size medium. Bell 3/4 sleeves with elastic. See approx flat measurements in post. Just noticed some white marks at the bottom also the dress was in storage so it will need steaming and pressed.
