Dress with floral bottom

One of my favorite pieces, kinda too short on me now. A medium but I would be weary to purchase if you are regularly a M (unless you’re ok with it short!) Top part is white/cream, crochet-like pattern. Bottom is flowy, almost ballon like & floral pattern. Center around mid rib area it’s a little tighter, kinda like a band waist that really accentuates dress and your figure! As seen in pictures, small portion of band area at front does need to be sowed back. Roughly 31inches total.100% polyester.
