Custom made, ivory dress & tulle tutu skirt can be worn as a set or separately.
Great condition.
Tulle tutu skirt has adjustable waist measuring 19” & length is approx 24”. It goes on like an apron & ties in back w/ an ivory ribbon (ribbon can easily be replaced)
DRESS has lace overlay on top. Belt loops can be removed or used w/ a belt or sash (not included). Dress approx measurements:

Waist 23”
Length 29” (shoulder to bottom hem)
