Dress the Population size XS Black Cream Floral Embroidered Dress Sleeveless

Absolutely stunning dress, featuring a sheer black overlay with cream floral embroidery, a nude lining throughout, sleeveless construction, higher rounded neckline, hidden back zipper with hook and eye closure, no stretch, folded pleat detail at the bust, subtle high low hem which allows for a lovely flow, and a fit and flare silhouette. I see a couple of loose threads in the embroidery, nothing egregious and not noticeable. From what I can tell, that’s just from storage, as I don’t think this has been worn. I believe this dress was a sample and not put into production by the brand, as there is no care/fabric tag and I couldn’t find any info about the piece online.
