It can run a little small due to boning in boustier bodice so it fits more like a small which is my usual size. Dress skirt has a double liner, a layer of crinolin and an embroiderered overlay. Belt is included and detachable. Cups are lined. Boning in bodice with adjustable spaghetti straps. Skirt falls 28.5 inches from natural waist.
