@ascott757 hi there! It has some stretch to it. The brand’s website includes size 6-8 in the same medium category with the same measurements - if you google Dress the Population size chart, it’s the first link.

@hauteindy thank you. I always ask because the last dress I purchased was a medium, when I received the dress it fit more like a 4.
