Dress the Population Sandra Gown

Beautiful floor-length dress in yellow. This dress has a deep plunge V neck, sits snuggly around waist and hips, and flares a bit at the skirt. Has a thigh high side slit. This dress was altered to fit me and now measures approximately 57.5 inches from shoulder to bottom. It is right under 30inches at the waist. I am 5’2” and I fit it well with high inch stilettos. There is some fabric bunching mainly at the hem. Dress was hand washed once
