Dress the Population NWT size M formal Dress

I really have to say the photos do not do this dress justice. The flower design on this dress is beaded in a gorgeous sequence. This dress is from Macys. Although the photo shows me in the dress, it needs to be for someone much smaller than me. The back is open in this photo so dont let my size throw you off.
