Dress the Population Cocktail Dress

Beautiful substantial dress with black lace overlay, a deep v neck and a cinched black waist. Wore only once to a wedding and received compliments all night! For reference I am about 5’5 tall 25 waist. Note that there is a slight discoloration on the inside of the spaghetti straps from tape that I used to shorten the straps at the wedding (shown in pictures above).
