Dress the Population Black Maxi Dress

"Cambria" black chiffon maxi dress with a knotted twist neckline, keyhole cutout and side slit. Perfect for formal events. Flattering silhouette. Adjustable spaghetti straps. I purchased this second hand from someone NWOT and have not worn it. It appears to be in flawless condition and the original seller told me it had not been altered or hemmed and when looking at the original designer measurements they appear to be correct. I am 5'7" and it was super long on me and would have needed to be hemmed. It's sort of hard to measure the length because the straps are adjustable but it's around 60" the way they are set now, from the top of the straps to the hem. From the top of the bodice in the back to the hem is about 52". The waist is 13.5", chest 16", and the slit is about 30.5" long. Fully lined, no stretch.
