Dress - maxi, white and blue eyelet detail

So fun! White and blue eyelet detailing, button detail on chest. Worked great without a bra (36C) but probably best for ladies with C cup or smaller. Cute detailing on bottom of dress. Floor length for me (5’1”) and wore short heels. Zipper back closure. Size small. Purchased from Francescas in 2018, worn 1 time. Looks brand new.
