ralvarez1968 ahhhh, love to share, but unfortunately i had Bariatric surgery/a gastic "Y" bypass, which i would not recommend to just anyone and a gall bladder removed....and it sucked...

ralvarez1968 .but to keep the weight off i am limited to very few carbs, only water or unsweetened drinks....low sodium and the right sized proportioned foods is the key to all things....i would have never thought that it would make a difference, but i got over 105 lbs in a year!! and ive kept most of it off now and it has been four years!! it has made such an improvement....

diryan0912 Congrats on weight loss, I know I don't want to go that drastic, with surgery, so many dangers. I have tons of chronic ailments easy for complications.
