In typical dusty tones, this one mocha with light brown waistband and edging; peach in the appliqué ribbon, tulle is shirred across the breast and lightly gathered at waistband dropping to an overskirt appliquéd at the irregular hem, that drapes softly. Hits just above the knee. Cries out for a great pair of legs, kitten heels. Worn once, for an inaugural ball. Please, this dress deserves better.
