Good evening! I just bought this dress in an XS and it’s definitely not what this brand says for the sizing ( sooo small and having to reposh!) what is the bust measurement of the small? Thanks in advance!

@link1900 if I have the dress laid flat and I measure across the bust on the front from side seam to side seam right under the armhole it is 17”. Hope this makes sense..
