Dress Forum One-Shoulder Blue Pleated Ombré Dress

Elegant one-shoulder dress with a blue a blue ombré pleated design. Perfect for any event where a more formal dress is needed. There is a hole cut out in the side as pictured. Originally bought from These Three Boutique and only worn once on a cruise. As pictured in the last photo, there is some slight exposed stitching on the top of dress, however, when being worn with the pleats I could not tell when wearing. I am 5’3 for reference and was wearing heels with dress.
